Gangster Bhana sentenced to life in 2014 double murder case

They were supporting witnesses in the murder of a youth, identified as Prince, who was killed by Bhana in May 2012 in Jalandhar. The case was scheduled for hearing when these youths were brutally killed by the gangster.

Gangster Daljit Singh Bhana and his two accomplices were sentenced to life imprisonment on Tuesday in a double murder case dating back to 2014.
The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Darbari Lal sentenced Bhana and his two associates Ranbir Singh Sandhu and Satish Gill alias Vicky, while two other accused Dalbir Singh and Balbir Singh Cheema were acquitted in the case.

Bhana and his accomplices killed two youths Simran and Deepansh, who were on their way to a gym in the morning, while injuring one Randeep on February 26, 2014, in Raja Garden Colony. They were supporting witnesses in the murder of a youth, identified as Prince, who was killed by Bhana in May 2012 in Jalandhar. The case was scheduled for hearing when these youths were brutally killed by the gangster.

Recently Bhana, who was lodged in Hoshiarpur jail, tried to free a gangster, Gurpreet Singh alias Laddi, who was lodged in the same jail.
