The statements of two CBI officers were recorded on Friday during the resumed hearing of the trial pertaining to the infamous Jammu and Kashmir sex scandal. The two officers who had remained part of the investigation stuck to their original statements before the Court.

Hari Singh,ASP,CBI,said that he recorded the statements of the victims and witnesses who had later turned hostile.

One of the officers,R.K Khajuria,CBI inspector, deposed that one of the alleged victims told him that one of the accused had forced her to have intercourse with him. He told the court that on the basis of the disclosure statement of the victim,he raided Naaz hotel in Srinagar, where the victim alleged the incident took place.

In 2006 several pornographic videos traced in Jammu and Kashmir were allegedly made with the connivance of a nexus which involved police officials, politicians and bureaucrats. The case was handed over to the CBI for fair investigation as the names of some police officials were also found involved in the scandal. The case has been in court since 2006 . The case will now come up for resumed hearing on May 3.
