Riding high on Rahul’s knock of 67 runs,St. Attri Cricket Academy Punjab recorded a two-wicket win over Chandigarh Cricket Academy in the final match of the 2nd North Zone cricket tournament,organised by Vivek High Asian Cricket Academy at Vivek High School Sector 38,Chandigarh on Tuesday. St. Attri Cricket Academy Punjab had been playing well as a unit in the tournament. On winning the toss,St. Attri Cricket Academy asked Chandigarh Cricket Academy to bat first. Vishal topscored for Chandigarh Cricket Academy,making 45 runs. Chirag bowled well for the Punjab academy to scalp three wickets. Chandigarh Cricket Academy posted a total of 130 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 20 overs. In reply,St. Attri Cricket Academy achieved the target in 19.2 overs,losing eight wickets. Rahul played a superb knock of 67 runs to help his team clinch the match. Rahul was declared man of the match,while Malkeet Singh was named man of the series.
