Two months after Saji Mohan was arrested by the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) in Mumbai, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) made its first arrest on Saturday to unveil his nexus with drug peddlers in the region.
Saji had allegedly given Naseeb Chand (70),a resident of RS Pura in Jammu,10 kg heroin to sell it on his behalf.

We have been investigating the matter. The name and role of Naseeb Chand came to surface and we asked him to join investigations on Friday, NCB officials said.
After interrogating Naseeb, the NCB found enough evidence to arrest him. He was produced in court today and sent to 14 days judicial custody.
Naseeb has admitted that Saji handed over 10 kg of heroin to him in Chandigarh last year and asked him to sell it, an official said.
