To keep their bowlers in shape and teach them the finer nuances of the art of bowling,Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) is holding an off-season camp for its 13 fast bowlers in senior category along with five opening batsmen from June 13 under the watchful eyes of former Indian fast bowler Harvinder Singh,at PCA Stadium in Mohali. The emphasis during the camp is on the fitness of the trainees and also to work on their bowling capabilities before the start of the domestic season. Three of the selected trainees are Taruwar Kohli,Jeewanjot Singh and Sandeep Sharma who are already undergoing training in under-25 camp at National Cricket Academy in Bangalore. In the camp the morning session is for physical fitness and the evening session for net practice.

All the trainees were put through the physical proficiency test in the beginning of the camp. Following are the player attending the camp:

Siddharth Kaul, Navdeep Singh, Beant Singh, Baltej Singh, Deepak Bansal, Harmeet Singh, Barinder Singh,Maninder Singh,Khushpreet Singh, Robin Dhillon,Siddharth Sharma,Amritpal Singh,Karan Ahluwalia (all fast bowlers),Mandeep Singh, Ravi Inder Singh, Kunwarveer Raina,Love Kumar, Mohit Handa (all batsmen).
