Haryana employees to get higher HRA

Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today announced higher House Rent Allowance to state government employees on the pattern of Central government allowances.

Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today announced higher House Rent Allowance (HRA) to state government employees on the pattern of Central government allowances.

The employees will also be given education allowance — Rs 500 per child per month,Hooda told media persons shortly after hearing the grievances of the representatives of various employee unions.

He said the education allowance will be for two children and will be admissible up to Class XII and reimbursable.
