Former CLP leader Sunil Jakhar and senior vice-president of the PPCC Lal Singh will not be part of the entourage.
“I was with him at Delhi today. He knows I am in Delhi and I expressed my inability. I will be going to Patiala on Thursday to his Moti Bagh palace to attend a meeting to prepare for Bathinda rally,” said Lal Singh.
