Brahma Kumaris hold talk on ‘Positive Thinking’

With the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of Brahma Kumaris Organisation completing on March 11,a lecture-cum-question-answer session was organised on behalf of Global Peace House in Sector 15.

With the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of Brahma Kumaris Organisation completing on March 11,a lecture-cum-question-answer session was organised on behalf of Global Peace House in Sector 15. The lecture was organised by the local chapter of the institution for the students of the Education Department of Punjab University and Punjab Engineering College,Sector 12.

The theme of the talk was ‘Positive Thinking’. The speaker for the day was B K Charles Hogg,Director,Australian Centers of Brahma Kumaris.

An architect,Charles explained the architect of peace and spirituality to the students. “The first step to positive thinking comes from the realisation of self. There are three types of personalities: the I of Superiority,the I of Inferiority and the original I which is eternal,immortal and a living spark commonly known as the soul. As one keeps on practicing self-awareness,these thoughts start coming into feelings,” said Charles.
