Chandigarh airport authorities Sunday said that they would soon provide ATM facility at the new airport terminal.
“We have awarded a tender to the State Bank of India for the project,” said Sunil Dutt, Chief Executive Officer, Chandigarh International Airport.
Sunil Dutt added that talks were on with telecommunications company BSNL for providing Wi-Fi facility at the airport.
The terminal, which was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi in September last year, lacks Wi-Fi and ATM facilities since then. Flights had started operating from the terminal from October 19.
