Dummy bomb kept to test police

CHANDIGARH: A dummy explosive device was kept at the Sector-15 Patel Market to test the police’s alertness. In response to a call,PCR vehicles,police station staff,the bomb squad,the operation cell and anti-sabotage team rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area.
