Charges framed against man for raping daughter

Chandigarh: A local court framed charges against an accused on Monday for allegedly raping his seven-year-old daughter. According to the police,an FIR was registered on March 24,after the wife of the accused,Suresh Kumar,complained that her daughter was kidnapped and an attempt to rape was made by her husband. A medical examination confirmed that the child was raped and was grievously injured.
