In a major administrative reshuffle,the Haryana government issued posting and transfer orders of 16 IAS officers with immediate effect,including two financial commissioners and principal secretaries (FC-PS) and five deputy commissioners. Madhusudan Prasad has been posted as FCPS,Development and Panchayats Department and Commissioner,Gurudwara Elections,relieving Urvashi Gulati of the charge.

Maha Singh has been posted as FCPS,Environment department,relieving P K Gupta of the charge. Anil Kumar,Managing Director,Confed has been posted as MD,Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills,in place of J P Kaushik,who has been appointed as Director and Special Secretary,Agriculture department,replacing Mohammed Shayin.

Mohammad Shayin has been posted as DC,Mahendragarh in place of Pankaj Yadav,who has been made Director and Joint Secretary,Primary Education,relieving P K Dass of the charge. Balbir Singh Malik,DC,Karnal,has been appointed as Administrator,HUDA,Hisar,in place of Ashima Garg,who has proceeded on leave. R S Doon,DC,Rohtak,has been posted as MD,Confed.

M S Sehrawat,Chief Administrator and Joint Secretary,Housing Board and Additional Director,Urban Estate,is now DC,Mewat,in place of Rajeev Ranjan,who would take charge as Joint Secretary,General Administration department,against a vacant post.

Chander Parkash,DC,Rewari,has been posted Karnal DC,in place of Balbir Singh Malik. C G Rajini Kaanthan,ADC-cum-CEO,DRDA,Fatehabad has been posted as DC,Rewari in place of Chander Parkash. Phool Chand Meena,ADC-cum-CEO,DRDA,Rohtak has been made DC,Rohtak in place of R S Doon.

Mandeep Singh Brar,SDO,Hisar,has been appointed ADC-cum-CEO,DRDA. J Ganesan,SDO (C),Nuh has been made ADC-cum-CEO,DRDA,and Ashok Kumar Meena,SDO,Panchkula,has been made ADC-cum-CEO,DRDA,Fatehabad.

Four days ago,the Haryana government had transferred 15 IPS and 70 Haryana Police officers.
