Impact fee law: No cut in charges for title clearance

Days after notifying the Gujarat Unauthorised Development Regularisation Act,2011,also known as the impact fee law,the state government has announced that a tenant or original owner of a property will have to pay as per current premium and Jantri rates for title clearance of properties under the non-agricultural category.

Days after notifying the Gujarat Unauthorised Development Regularisation Act,2011,also known as the impact fee law,the state government has announced that a tenant or original owner of a property will have to pay as per current premium and Jantri rates for title clearance of properties under the non-agricultural category.

According to a Government Resolution (GR) recently issued by the state’s Revenue Department,no concession will be given under the new law in the charges for the title clearance of a property.
