CM’s last fast at Ambaji temple town on Feb 12

Chief Minister Narendra Modi,who started his day-long Sadbhavana Mission fasts in districts from October 16 last year from the temple town of Dwarka in Jamnagar district,will hold his last fast of the series in another temple town of Ambaji in Banaskantha district on February 12.

Chief Minister Narendra Modi,who started his day-long Sadbhavana Mission fasts in districts from October 16 last year from the temple town of Dwarka in Jamnagar district,will hold his last fast of the series in another temple town of Ambaji in Banaskantha district on February 12.

Modi has so far sat on 27 such day-long fasts in almost 20 districts and cities. In all,he has planned to sit on such fasts at 33 places.

The CM will hold day-long fasts on February 2,4,6,7,10 and 12 at Mandvi in Kutch,Dahod,Bardoli (Surat),Bavala (Ahmedabad),Palitana (Bhavnagar) and Ambaji (Banaskantha),respectively.

Modi started his Sadbhavana Mission with a three-day fast in Ahmedabad on his birthday on September 17 last year,apparently to take his message of communal and social harmony and brotherhood to the people of the state.

The Opposition Congress has been holding its parallel Satkarma fasts near all the venues where Modi goes.
