BBA admissions go online at MSU

This is the first course to follow online admission process.

The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (MSU) on Monday announced the launch of online process for admission to Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). This is the first course to follow online admission process.

The applicants can also upload their photographs and signatures online and pay the admission fee through challan at the nearest branch of Bank of Baroda,university registrar Amit Dholakia said. The process has been made online keeping in mind the applicants who live outside Vadodara.

The admission for courses such as Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) and integrated masters course in science will also go online soon after BBA This will be followed by the admission process of all other courses offered by the university. “We will make the admission process of all courses online from this year,” Dholakia said. With this,the MSU will be the first university in the state to take admission process online.

The MSU officials said the online application for admission will help applicants provide all necessary information about courses as they could avail eSuvidha services once their admission is confirmed. eSuvidha services include information about syllabus,examination schedule,form,etc.

The university had launched a website for online admission around a year ago and also proposes to make accounts and administrative activities of the university online.
