The Chintels Group, which is in the process of developing over 600 acres of land in and around Dwarka Expressway and Delhi, has launched a subsidiary contracting company Chintels Infracon for on-time delivery of real estate projects.
Chintels Infracon is currently manufacturing cellular light weight concrete blocks for Chintels’ ongoing projects, but may gradually diversify into electrical, interiors, metal and glazing products.
Prashant Solomon, MD, Chintels India Limited, said, “Chintels Infracon was formed out of our aim to develop in-house capabilities required to deliver a project from concept to completion without relying on third party contractors.”
