As a “sluggish” search operation reached its fourth day, local people said the rains had further slowed down the clearing of wet debris. According to a Mumbai fire brigade official, by evening, power cut forced them to suspend the work as there was not enough light.
The police told the court that they will also arrest the contractors and the architect, involved in the renovation work of the building leading to its collapse. The police also said Shitap used to constantly threaten the residents who would speak against the renovation.

A young girl is still suspected to be trapped in the debris of the four-storey building which had collapsed on Saturday night in a narrow lane in Vishnu Garden area of West Delhi, Joint CP West Delhi Range Dipendra Pathak said.
